When you buy a Certified Pre-Owned BMW, you get more than just the thrill of owning The Ultimate Driving Machine^®. You also get the luxury of having a comprehensive unlimited mileage warranty for one year – all without sacrificing performance for price.

Before a BMW receives the distinction of being Certified and backed by BMW of North America, the vehicle must be thoroughly inspected, reconditioned and approved by a BMW team comprised of trained technicians, service managers and Pre-Owned managers.

The Certified Pre-Owned Process begins with an inspection of the vehicle's history, ensuring exceptional maintenance history, the use of genuine BMW parts and a review of the CARFAX report.

For a vehicle to be eligible for enrollment in the Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Program, the BMW must have between 300 and 60,000 miles on the odometer, a clear CARFAX^® Report as well as a comprehensive road test.

Once a vehicle is Certified Pre-Owned, it is then placed on the lot. Buyers can then rest assured knowing their BMW not only meets the ultimate standards, but also receive added layers of protection.

Each BMW Certified Pre-Owned covers you for one year with unlimited vehicle miles, after the expiration of the 4-year/50,000 mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty for Passenger Cars and Light Trucks for a total of 5 years/unlimited vehicle miles.

The Certified Pre-Owned Protection Plan provides specific coverage against defects in material and workmanship, but it's not a maintenance program or an extension of the original new vehicle limited warranty.

Other protection benefits include:

• 24-hour roadside assistance for 6 years/unlimited miles from the original in-service date.
• BMW ConnectedDrive which provides drivers with a suite of safety convenience and infotainment services
• Complimentary service loaners or alternative transportation for the duration of the protection plan
